Conidia Bioscience Ltd's new suite of tests will have benefits for those managing or testing fuel storage facilities in airports or forward storage facilities. The new tests will allow engineers and maintenance staff to assess the presence of dangerous organisms, including aerobic and anaerobic bacteria, yeasts and the "diesel bug" Hormoconis resinae. Set to operational limits for the marine, land vehicle and aviation industries, they will allow quick decisions to made on the state of the systems - and more importantly - whether or not the fuel is suitable for uplift. ![]() |
